Very comfortable home! – 5 of 5

This home was so comfortable in every way. We were there to snowboard; but it was hard to leave the house itself! The sofas were so relaxing, plenty of cozy blankets and linens and even a robe for every guest. All of the beds were perfect too. The kitchen had to be everyone’s favorite though….every item was top of the line and all seven of us fit in there at one time. The open floor plan and bar ensured we were all able to socialize easily. There is a great club house with a hot tub; but a private one would make this place PERFECT. At first I was worried, it was going to be too far from Park City; but it really is not. In fact, I preferred its location because of the view. You simply will not be disappointed with this house or the owners. They were so kind and welcoming which made our stay even more special. We have traveled many times; and I have never experienced a fully stocked pantry and even several refrigerator items. I highly recommended this home and plan to rent again next year.

Park City Area Mecca – 5 of 5

Whether you are an avid skier, outdoorsman or an Iron Chef seeking the ultimate luxurious get-away, this Hawksridge property is top drawer. The property was immaculate, and everything worked. Many food staples were provided, making our late night arrival much more bearable the next morning. The owner and hospitality team offered relevant advice – a list of area amenities, attractions etc. was provided in advance. State-fo-the-art video systems are in every bedroom. Two superb home theater systems in the great room and downstairs bedroom settle arguments over which movie to watch. The owners have an excellent library of movies and offered to provide more movies from a large list. In addition, they offered to pick up discounted lift tickets for us at the SLC Costco. Now that’s service!
Rarely does one find a property in which the owners have invested so heavily in the best of everything for the kitchen, finishes and furnishings. This home accomodates winter sports equipment plus muscle, bone and mental recovery like no other we have experienced. It is close enough (10 minutes) to Park City, The Canyons and Deer Valley to feel part of those resorts, and yet sequestered in its own adjacent canyon, giving it a true mountain get-away feeling.
The Hawksridge complex has an excellent clubhouse with a 16-seat movie theater, pool table, kitchen, swimming pool, large hot tub and showers. We found it just right for après ski relaxation. To lend additional credibility to this review, I’d love to give you some negatives, but I just don’t have any. When choosing the property on HomeAway, we struggled a bit with the premium over other area properties. In the end, we decided that the atmosphere of the property was a key part of the vacation. We found it worth every penny, in fact – highest in overall value. If you appreciate the finer things while on your mountain vacation, you will love this place. We highly recommend this property – save us a week or two, we will be back!

Great Place, Great Time, Great Location – 5 of 5

This house was perfect in almost every way. From the moment you reserve the house, Gayle and her team did everything possible to make the stay perfect. From simple online payments, offering restaurant and entertainment suggestions, stocking the house with DVDs we selected from a huge 3 page list, stocked pantry & fridge, even welcome gifts/snacks.
Pictures on Homeaway are accurate representations of the size and quality of the house. No wide angle lenses used. The kitchen has everything you could want to cook a gourmet meal. We stayed in a few nights just so we could cook a meal in it. The bedrooms were large. Bathrooms were clean. Even had an opportunity to go use the hot tub at the club house.
Location was great too. Just minutes from downtown Park City. If you want to stay on Main Street, you’re gonna pay an arm and a leg for it. Hawksridge is 6 miles away from town, a heck of a lot larger, and a heck of a lot less expensive.
Will return the next time we are in Park City.
Thanks again Gayle!!!

Fabulous Place! Great location! – 5 of 5

Look no further… have found the perfect place! This is a well appointed 5 bedroom luxury townhome. It has everything you need to make you vacation comfortable and enjoyable for your entire family. I traveled here last week with 6 of my friends. We have been making this trip every year for the past several years. By far, this is the most comfortable and convenient place we have ever stayed in Park City.
The kitchen was fully outfitted with every gadget you could imagine. The butlers pantry was fully stocked with everything you needed to get started. I”m talking 4 or 5 differest kinds of dry cereal, pastas, sauces, soups, spices, cooking oil, popcorn, snacks, coffee etc. Basically, we didn’t have to go to the store the first day.
All the bedrooms were clean, large, and well appointed.Closets were large and included luxurious his and hers robes (as well as kids robes) for the hot tub located at the clubhouse. The bathrooms were clean and luxurious. Towels were plentiful. Bath wash (Neutragena), shampoo, conditioner and lotion were all included.
Entertainment center have access to any type of TV programming (DISH, HULA, On Demand etc). Wi-Fi and printer access came in handy when we needed to print our boarding passes. House directory was very informative and listed everything you needed to know about the various amenites that Hawksridge had to offer. It even listed several pages of the various restaurants in Park City and the surrounding area.
A few days before our trip Gayle sent us a link to a special Groupon offering that allowed us to purchase discounted lift tickets to the Canyons. We saved over $100.
Most impressive was the level of detail and communication offered by Gayle and her team. They truly go out of their way to make sure that they deliver above and beyond your expectations. The day you check in her Hospitality Director sends you an email to welcome you and your party then gives you their direct phone number shound you need anything. Stayed at the Ritz many times…never had that level of service.
Access to slopes…10 minutes or less. Regardless if your going to PC, Canyons, or DV.
Gayle, thank you again for making our stay the most enjoyable time we have ever spent in Park City.

Our family of 8 had a great week of vacation at Hawksridge.. The home was very nice with the pictures not doing it justice. Very well appointed and comfortable..The owners are so nice and very attentive to any concerns big or small. We were very pleased with the convenience of this location after being apprehensive about staying this far from the slopes. It was only 8 minutes out and a straight shot. We have stayed in $2-3 million dollar homes but won’t anymore given the value you get with Hawksridge. My entire group ages 12,18, 21, 44, 46, 47, 71, and 72 all found the home to be cozy, comfortable, and meeting all of our needs. Should we be blessed to visit Park City again ( for the 12th time) we will no doubt inquire about staying here again. Thank you Gayle for sharing your wonderful home with us.

What a wonderful place to spend a week with your family. The home was very welcoming and the owners did such a great job at making sure we had everything we needed. The home was extremely clean, well cared for and was outfitted with top of the line amenities at every corner!! It was a comfy place to come home to at the end of the skiing/riding days. We used the gym several times and found the location to be ideal! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone!! Thank you Gayle!!

Date of stay: stay at Hawksridge. The property is very comfortable and well equipped with all modern amenities ranging from entertainment systems (Home Theater) to kitchen ware. The rooms are large spacious with walk-in closets. The rooms were well furnished and enough to keep me warm and comfortable. The property is very well managed and the staff was very responsive to any queries or concerns I had during the stay. We also requested for a special breakfast by chef which works perfect for lazy Sunday mornings or if you have a packed day ahead. I had a great time and would definitely love to return for my stay.

Perfect in Every Way! – 5 of 5

We absolutely loved our stay and the accommodations at Hawksridge. I had searched for weeks on the internet to find just the right place for our family of 5 and some friends of ours with a family of 5. I kept missing out on other condos because other owners were not as honest as Gayle was (Telling me they had openings & then before I could book they’d give it to someone else who was staying a day longer) Gayle was a delight to work with from beginning to end! She made our stressful last minute accommodations a breeze. The condo was absolutely gorgeous and fit our group of 10 easily with room to spare. The kitchen was more amazing then even the website portrays and the beds and blankets were so cozy we didn’t even feel like we’d left any of our comforts at home. My husband hardly wanted to leave the house since we had the bedroom with the 70″ TV. We saw tons of deer right out the backdoor and the fall colors were absolutely breathtaking. We enjoyed a family movie in the theater room at the clubhouse and a little pool was played. Never tried out the hot tub or swimming pool…wished we could’ve stayed longer to enjoy more of the ammeneties this place and the surrounding area had to offer. You will not regret booking this condo…I promise.

Park City Retreat – 5 of 5

This is just a beautiful property with anything you could ever want at a mountain getaway. It is close to all the activities in Park City (Skiing, Hiking, Restaurants, etc…) but I’ve got to warn you, you may find it hard to leave! Everything within it is top of the line and no detail is left out. It has a gourmet kitchen, the furniture is beautiful and there are big screen TVs in multiple rooms with access to anything you could ever want to watch. After a long day of activities, it’s just the place you want to come home and relax in. The owners are extremely hospitable and have also stocked it with anything you could ever think of. If you forgot something, they most likely have it so you won’t be making an emergency trip to the store. I really couldn’t recommend it enough and will look forward to staying here again in the future.

Sorry it took me so long to post a review. This was our second stay at Hawksridge and it was AWESOME. House was perfect in everyway. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner on our last stay and you couldn’t ask to rent from better people. a genuine concern that your stay is enjoyable. A couple of changes to the residence since our first stay made an even more enjoyable stay. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone. Our family will definitely stay here on our next trip to Park City.

What a pleasant surprise! This was new, spacious, crisp and comfortable. For three years eight of us have gone on week long ski trips, and we have never stayed in such a terrific ski home, plus this one was stocked with pantry essentials which was so helpful. Ten minutes to the ski area and a massive kitchen island that seats seven made it a great place to hang out at the end of the day. We all give it really high marks.

We stayed here for a ski/snowboard vacation during President’s weekend 2012. The townhouse is great! Very spacious house with 5 bedrooms plus loft area. The most impressive attribute is the kitchen area with state of the art stainless steel appliances and huge countertop area for cooking and preparing food. The house is conveniently located within a short distance to the Park City area. The owners are friendly, informative, and wonderful. Would definitely stay here again if we returned to the Park City area.
